Divvy offers a convenient way to get around the city, and it makes commuting to work a lot more fun. It's also a healthy and green alternative to other modes of transportation.

How It Works
1. Enroll Your Company. Email us at email@example.com and let us know which membership level works best for your company. We’ll send you an agreement to review, sign, and return to us.
2. Enroll Your Employees. Once the agreement is signed, we’ll create discount codes for your company to share with employees. They can then redeem their codes at DivvyBikes.com/signup to receive their discounted Annual Membership.
3. Promote. We’ll provide you with internal marketing materials to let your employees and staff know about this great new perk. We'll also promote your company by listing it on our Corporate Partners page.
3. Manage. Each month, we'll send you an invoice for employees who have joined your Divvy program in the previous 30 days. If there are any members that you don't recognize as an employee of your company, let us know and we'll remove them from your invoice. 1st Gear partners will just receive an annual invoice for the flat $100 fee.
What types of organizations can sign up for the Corporate Program?
Organizations of any type can participate in the Corporate Program to provide discounted Divvy Annual Memberships to employees or to members. This includes businesses of all sizes, neighborhood groups, condo associations, service and faith organizations, and social clubs.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of employees or members required?
No, organizations of all sizes are welcome to participate.
How long does our agreement last?
The Corporate Membership Agreement does not need to be renewed or updated until either party would like to make a change to the membership level or discontinue the program. When an employee signs up through the Corporate Program, their individual Membership is good for one year from the day they sign up. Corporate Membership Agreements can be terminated at any time, but doing so will not terminate any employee's Membership purchased during the time the discount was offered.
What is the one-time fee for the 1st Gear Membership level?
For organizations that choose the 1st Gear level, we invoice an annual fee to cover the administrative and marketing costs of setting up the program. The Annual Fee does not apply to organizations that sign up for the 2nd or 3rd Gear levels.
What happens when an employee is already a member?
If an employee signed up for his/her Membership within one month prior to the Corporate Membership Agreement being signed, just provide us with their information and we will reimburse them to match your organization's Corporate Membership level. If the participant has been a Member for more than one month, we will not able to apply a refund, but he/she can be added to a Corporate Membership when their Membership is up for renewal.
What happens when an employee leaves the company?
Once an employee purchases an Annual Membership using the Corporate Membership discount, they are granted the Membership for the full year, even if they are terminated or leave before the time is up. You will not receive a refund or prorated amount if a participant leaves the company or group.
Can we receive any reporting on how frequently our participants use the bikes?
Can you help us market and communicate the benefit?
Yes! We’ll provide every Corporate Partner with a sample email and flyer that explain how Divvy works and how to sign up for discounted Memberships.
Does Divvy make organizational visits?
We can schedule in-office visits for organizations who enroll at 3rd Gear and have a staff or membership base of at least 40. At these events, we distribute information and participants can sign up on the spot – letting them walk away with a Divvy key. We can schedule these visits as soon as a Corporate Membership Agreement has been signed.
How does Divvy work during winter months?
Divvy is available 24/7/365. During the winter months, we reduce our fleet of bikes on the road and continue to have a team of bike checkers who maintain and service all bikes.
Can we purchase 24-Hour Passes as gifts or promotions?
Yes, we offer discounts on bulk purchases of 24-Hour Passes, which make great giveaways, incentives, holiday gifts and rewards. Please see the Bulk Passes page for pricing.
Does Divvy bike share qualify for pre-tax commuter benefits?
Unfortunately, IRS tax code does not currently recognize bike share as being eligible for commuter benefits. As bike share gains more support around the country, we hope this changes down the line.
